Take your swimming to the next level with Swimplicity’s Easter Skills Camp, designed for competitive club swimmers looking to refine technique, enhance speed, and master starts and turns. Held at Epsom College from April 14-17, our expert-led sessions include stroke-specific training, video analysis, land-based conditioning, and skills work to give swimmers a competitive edge. With small group sizes (max 8 per group), each swimmer receives personalised coaching and feedback to maximise progress.
Swimmers attending our Easter Skills Camp can expect a comprehensive and training experience designed to refine technique, build speed, and enhance race performance. Each day is structured with two pool sessions, focusing on stroke technique in the morning, and the other and starts & turns in the afternoon. Swimmers will also take part in land training sessions to improve strength and mobility, ensuring a well-rounded approach to performance enhancement.
Between sessions, there will be dedicated time for video review and technical feedback, helping swimmers gain a deeper understanding of their strokes. With small group sizes (max 8 per group) and expert coaching, every swimmer receives personalised attention to maximise their progress.
